| The only spot in the country where you can stand in 4 states at once. OK, so maybe it's not the biggest thrill in the world, but it's kind of neat anyway. Located in the southwest corner of the state, about 25 miles from Cortez, but driving there makes you feel like it's the middle of nowhere. The desolate, barren landscape holds a kind of harsh beauty. In addition to the Four Corners attraction, there are a number of native American points of interest, interesting rock formations and so forth. Just watch out for the slightly crazed militia-types in the area! |
